My contribution

  • Scaled the creative function from a single contributor into a multidisciplinary studio

  • Built internal video and photography studios

  • Designed standardized workflows and intake systems

  • Established documentation and creative processes used company-wide

Outcome

  • Enabled production of 1,800+ assets per quarter

  • Increased creative velocity while improving consistency

  • Reduced reliance on external agencies
